3.3 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the wstar88 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.4 When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any registered details change. wstar88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.5 wstar88 reserves the right to decline a registration application or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons, subject to the obligations set out in Section 12 of these Terms.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wstar88 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the wstar88 support team immediately.
4.3 wstar88 supports two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional account security measure. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from their account security settings.
4.4 wstar88 may, at its discretion, suspend, restrict, or require additional identity verification on an Account if unusual activity, potential fraud, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. During any such investigation, access to the Account balance may be temporarily withheld pending resolution.
5.1 All Account balances on the wstar88 platform are denominated and settled in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wstar88 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.
5.2 Deposits are credited to the Player's Account promptly upon confirmation of successful payment processing. wstar88 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers or banking institutions.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. wstar88 targets withdrawal processing times of under five (5) minutes for eWallet channels and five to fifteen (5–15) minutes for bank transfer channels under normal operating conditions. These timeframes are indicative only and may vary.
5.4 wstar88 does not charge fees for standard withdrawal transactions. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own charges, for which wstar88 accepts no liability.
5.5 Players may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before a withdrawal request is approved. This process is conducted in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.
5.6 wstar88 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation by our compliance team.
6.1 All bets and gaming transactions on the wstar88 platform are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable at the time of the transaction. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or betting market before participating.
6.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the wstar88 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. wstar88 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds in circumstances including, but not limited to, technical errors, manifest pricing errors, or events outside wstar88's reasonable control.
6.3 In the event of a disconnection or technical interruption during a live game session, wstar88's server records shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome of any disputed round or bet.
6.4 wstar88 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, restrict betting markets, or limit the account of any Player at its absolute discretion, without prior notice or obligation to provide reasons.
6.5 Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical events conducted in real time by certified dealers. RNG game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generation systems. All game results are final once settled by the wstar88 system.
7.1 wstar88 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods.
7.2 Bonus Funds are separate from real-money Balance. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
7.3 wstar88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, employing low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false registration information.
7.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms. wstar88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wstar88 platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Balance:

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the wstar88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other rights are granted. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of wstar88 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10.1 The wstar88 platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wstar88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 wstar88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or Services, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
10.3 wstar88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the balance standing in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit wstar88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Upon account closure, any real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
12.2 wstar88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account would violate applicable law or regulatory obligations.
12.3 Upon termination for breach, wstar88 may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, wstar88 may forfeit the Balance in whole or in part as permitted by applicable law.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under wstar88's international gaming authority licensing framework. Players agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the wstar88 dispute resolution process.
